Jen McNeice, Studio Owner
Miss Jen is the Artistic Director and Owner of Dance Revolutions in Spring Lake, MI. With over 30 years of dance experience, including jazz, tap, hip-hop, and creative movement, Jen has a rich background in both performing and teaching. A Western Michigan University Dance graduate, she has choreographed award-winning routines and worked with talented young dancers across Michigan. Her passion for dance and teaching is matched by her dedication to nurturing children. As a mother of two, Jen’s philosophy is to “LIVE, DREAM, DANCE,” and she brings this enthusiasm to every class and performance.
Miss Kristi, a native of Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, has been dancing since she was seven. Her extensive training includes the First Street Academy of Dance, Interlochen Center for the Arts, and Dance Masters of America conventions. Kristi holds a degree in Exercise and Health Science from Alma College and has been a Dance Revolutions instructor since 2010. She combines her expertise as a physical therapist with her love for dance to teach with a focus on wellness, confidence, and artistic expression. Kristi is also trained in Dance for PD® (Parkinson's Disease), reflecting her commitment to dance as a tool for all ages.
Miss Sarah began her dance journey at age 6 at Diane's School of Dance in Fruitport, MI. Her competitive background spans jazz, lyrical, ballet, and tap, with numerous awards to her name. Sarah has taught at Body Language Dance Company and Steph’s Step, specializing in toddler and preschool dance classes. With an Associate’s Degree in Arts & Science from Muskegon Community College and a Bachelor's in Marketing from Grand Valley State University, Sarah brings over 11 years of teaching experience to Dance Revolutions. She’s passionate about sharing the joy of dance with her local community.
Miss Kim started dancing at Diane’s School of Dance and has trained in jazz, tap, ballet, modern, contemporary, hip hop, and more. She holds a BA in Dance from Western Michigan University and has performed at the Jazz Dance World Congress and with Danceworks. Kim has taught dance and musical theatre at Dance Revolutions since 2014 and has choreographed for high school musicals and summer programs. With an MS in Education, she has taught special education and preschool, currently working as a Young Five’s teacher at Ross Park Elementary. Kim, along with her family, enjoys living in Norton Shores.
Miss Anna began her dance training at age four in Chanhassen, MN, and has been teaching and choreographing for 15 years. She holds a Dance Performance degree from Palm Beach Atlantic University and an MA in Dance Education from the University of Northern Colorado. Anna has directed dance programs at Maranatha High School and Michigan Academy of Dance and Music. Now residing in West Michigan, she is excited to connect with local dancers and share her extensive experience in ballet, tap, jazz, and contemporary dance while being a full-time mom.
Miss Melisa began her dance training at Encore Dance Studio in Onsted, MI, studying ballet, tap, jazz, and hip hop. A Grand Valley State University graduate with a BA in Dance and a minor in Advertising and Public Relations, she has performed with Momentum and the Happendance Professional Company. Melisa brings her passion for dance to Dance Revolutions, excited to inspire students with her background in competitive dance and performance.
Hadley grew up immersed in dance at her mom’s studio in Frankenmuth, MI, where she developed a passion for jazz and lyrical, competing and performing from a young age. Her love for the arts extended to Frankenmuth’s local theater scene, where she designed costumes, led hair and makeup, acted, choreographed, and danced. After studying fashion design and earning her cosmetology license, Hadley began working full-time at Continuum Salon in Spring Lake while collaborating with local artists on creative projects. Now, she’s returned to her roots, sharing her love of dance as an instructor at Dance Revolutions, where she finds joy in inspiring her students and fostering their creativity.
